The Architectural Guidelines (Guidelines) provide guidance to planning and developing your lot and your home. The Guidelines were modified (2/7/2021) by the Architectural Review Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. The most significant change to the Guidelines is to restore the minimum conditioned square footage of homes to the original requirement (from 2000 square feet back to 2400 square feet). Other items are landscaping, fences, mailboxes, barns, sheds, diversity of design and culvert end caps. Copies of Guidelines and the application can be downloaded (see below).
Prior to making any changes to a property, including new construction, additions, or alterations, homeowners must first submit an Architectural Review application, along with applicable fees and deposits, to Vesta Management. Applications submitted for consideration must include the following:
